Crazy Lixx / New Religion (2010)

Damn, this is an amazing sleaze/hair metal album! Bombastic, anthemic with an 80's feeling full of shoaring vocals, crunchy in-your face guitars, memorable catchy choruses and a clear production. In my opinion, this new effort is better than their , also very good, debut album. The influences from Skid Row, Bon Jovi and Def Leppard are here without loosing their identity. Highlights here are the great opener ' Rock And A Hard Place', the totally Def Leppardish 'My Medicine (R.O.C.K)' with a huge chorus. '21 ‘Til I Die' is pure 80's hair metal anthem and one of the most energetic songs of the album. In the same style are also 'Lock Up Your Daughter' and 'She’s Mine' , both with very cool choruses! Without any doubt this album is a fine piece of hair metal stuff in the way it used to be played, loud and energetic!!
